You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, or if you are under 18, there must be parental approval. Payment is required in full before shipping. Payment plans are available and require a minimum 30% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due within 20 days. Payment plans may be excluded from certain morphs. All payments are considered non-refundable. We accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Moneygram. Feel free to ask about alternative payment methods. All animals can be shipped anywhere in the Continental United States via FedEx Priority Overnight. We do prefer that the animal is sent to a FedEx hub as that is in the best interest of the animal. Please message us for shipping prices as it may vary from 75-95 depending on your region and the number of animals purchased. We do not make any shipping plans until we speak to the customer. We keep the animal's best interest in mind so the weather will be monitored daily leading up to the shipment. Heating packs or cooling packs will be in the box, depending on the weather. If the weather is deemed not safe for shipping the shipping date may be postponed until it is safe. In the event of an animal not arriving alive, please contact San Diego Reptile within 2 hours of the animal's arrival for a resolution. Do not discard the animal until directed by San Diego Reptile or there will be no resolution. Care guides will be printed and placed in the shipping box and it is recommended to follow instructions to guarantee the overall health of the animal. Temperature-sexed geckos are not guaranteed. Only geckos that are listed as male and female are guaranteed. We also welcome pick up or meetings in the San Diego area.
